http://www.engadget.com/2010/05/24/seagate-pairs-7200rpm-hdd-with-4gb-of-flash-in-2-5-inch-momentus/

I remember back in the days when SilverStone made that "HDDBOOST" thingy that would sorta RAID 1 some of your files for quicker access. Seagate essentially just did that now, except with a LOTTT more practical uses. Their newest drive, Momentus XT, combines a 7200RPM drive with a 500GB storage capacity (referring to model no. ST95005620AS) and has additionally 4GB worth of NAND flash storage, and it's supposed to analyze your HDD usage habits and store frequently accessed data on the NAND flash. Dunno how it'll really turn out, but it looks REALLY promising! Oh, and it's in a 2.5 form factor. Laptop capable! Price? Should be around $155, yes, $155. (Actually, found it on amazon for pre-order at $131, ^^)
