A quick question about Harker/Banshee

   I’m not 100% on my info, but my understanding is that most gaming laptops connect the screen to the igpu, integrated graphics.  Software then decides whether to use only the igpu or switch to the dedicated card when needed.

You can select , or deselect, how the software manages graphics output by going into Nvidia Control Panel , 3D settings, and see where the High Performance gpu, aka graphics card, can be prioritized either globally or individual to a game or application.  

I don’t think you can totally disable the dedicated card, just put it as primary or not.

Not sure this helps.  If not a call to DS would get you a better answer.
