Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions -
Budget: $2500 to $3000 Expectations: Single monitor gaming on 30", second monitor for TeamSpeak, utilities, etc. Usage: Gaming, work machine with no advanced need for rendering, video processing etc. Just stability, browsing, email, spreadsheets etc. Machine will run 24x7. Special Needs: Best possible speed (level one overclock) on air cooling unless water cooling has advanced in the last 4 or 5 years. I want a machine I won't have to mess with for 4 or 5 years. I'd suggest bumping up the PSU to the 850W unit. It has a better warranty, better efficiency, and can better handle a second GPU in the future if you decide to add another. Also, if it seems right for you, I'd drop the HDD and bump up the capacity of the SSD. Finally, the motherboard has multi-core enhancement on it, so no need to get a level 1 overclock. If you want to go to level 2, you can put an all-in-one water cooler on you processor (they are very good these days and do not require maintenance) to handle that.

Hi bonzoid,
I like your build but agree with no-name on his suggestions. You might think about getting the SSD M.2 (256GB Samsung 950 PRO) (NVM Express) (Extreme Performance) for another $100 over the 256 850. Then add a 512 850 as your second drive with no HDD. I would also consider an A-I-O cooler for the CPU. The Noctua NH-D15 is a great air cooler but it is large and the intake fan may cover a memory stick. Not sure with that motherboard. Since you have 16Gb of memory then I think the first memory stick goes in slot 2. That might give you enough room. If the memory stick is covered, you will have to remove the fan to get at the memory. Not a problem unless you have a memory failure or you want to add more memory in the vacant slot one.
