Hello everyone I was wondering how to get higher fps on arma 2 and arma 3. I got a gtx 970 thinking it would fix the problem of 20 fps but it is still at 20 fps in cities sadly no matter what settings I have on. I'm just wondering how I can fix the frame rate problem. I have a i5 4590 processor and 8 gigs of ram along with the gtx 970

You will always get low fps in the city in Arma, most people who play arma will have their settings on medium or low and will get high fps outside of the city
