Just got a Vanquish 3 Level 2, and I understand they aren't TOP NOTCH parts for crazy FPS on High, but I expected more than what I am currently getting. I am playing Far Cry 3 on the preset Low and am still averaging 25 fps. I admit I'm not an expert in computers, but I'd guess maybe I'm suppose to overclock now? Or is that to be expected?

First question that has to be asked, to rule it out, is to verify that your monitor is connected to the GPU and not the mobo.
thought I'd get the obvious out of the way before the experts came in... Oh, and welcome to the forums! |

well, I believe it's on the mobo. It's an HDMI connected to a TV since I don't quite have a monitor yet. I did read the instructions enough that it said connecting them to mobo is not recommended, but I didn't see another option for the HDMI to go into. |

Snaike strikes again.
Is it hooked up and running? Edited by bprat22 - 30 Aug 2015 at 3:24pm |

I found out the covers on the back of the desktop next to the GPU actually serve a purpose and hid the extra HDMI hole. Hopefully this solves the problem. Thank you!

That'll do it. Thats why I asked if you were good to go. Those pesky covers.
Enjoy. |
