Bolt 3 - Cooling / Fan noise

Hi Guys

I am new to DS and currently interest in buying Bolt 3. I didn't see alot of reviews in related to its cooling system and fan noises level as I care most about those when system is loaded with games. 

My previous system had bad cooling & fan noise was too loud that I had to switch out for a new corsair in order to keep it running and not overheated.

If I am upgrading Bolt 3's cooling to HydroLux PRO and the fans, will that reduce the noise? Ultimately, I am looking for somewhat quiet system while running games etc.
