I normally run tune ups on my system to clean it up and keep it safe. I have a couple questions on the Bolt SSD drive.

1] can the SSD drive be defragged ?
2] what is the best way to move apps etc from the SSD drive to the standard hard drive?

1-yes but not recommended. SSD's are different from HDD's in the way they place and retrieve data so defragging them could scramble the data and make the SSD slower..

2-I couldn't find anything about SSD to HDD. Most are concerning HDD to SDD. My first inclination would be to right click on the app on the SSD and choose cut then go to the HDD and right click where I want to put it and choose paste.

SSD drives should never be defragged. If TRIM support is active on your system (normally set in your BIOS) Windows won't even give you a defrag option. TRIM should do all the work in keeping the drive clean & organized for you.

Move files just as you would from any other type of storage device.
