Hello,
I was recently looking at changing out my current CPU/Radiator liquid cooling kit for a different one, in looking around I was interested in the following but wanted to ask around to be sure it would fit inside the top of the Bolt3 case.

EVGA CLC 280 Liquid / Water CPU Cooler, RGB LED Cooling 400-HY-CL28-V1 P/N: 400-HY-CL28-V1

I know it currently has the Swiftech H220-X CPU Liquid Cooling KiT currently installed.

My concern was the fan size from 120 to 140. Look like should fit but can't find any exact measurments of the case online.

I believe the Bolt can only accommodate a 240mm rad, with the 2x 120mm fans.

The new, soon to be released, Bolt X has as one of its new features, the ability to go 280mm rad.

You could confirm this with DS, but I'm pretty sure.  Big%20Smile

Yup look at it a bit more closely with a flashlight and it pretty much wall to wall inside so sure your right. Since I'm only cooling the CPU with it I could go single Rad and be okay?

EVGA CLC 120 Liquid / Water CPU Cooler, RGB LED Cooling 400-HY-CL12-V1

And just mount a single fan on the other spot next to it?

Unless you have a higher cpu overclock then the  120mm rad with single fan should do it.  There are Corsair, etc. 240mm rads with dual fans, but up to you.

Great thanks think I should stick with the dual RAD since running CPU overclocked at 4.6. Taking a closer look at things I noticed that these all use USB Header to connect the Cooling Block to so can use the software for it. I have an ASUS Z170I PRO GAMING MB and the DS Digital Storm Thermal Management Control Board currently. I know the fans and this USB Header are currently ran to this. Sure I know the answer already but if I were to swap the current RAD to the say Corsair, I would have to remove the Digital Storm Thermal Management Control Board and run the Fan power from the Chassis Fan connectors on the MB along with the USB cord from the block. No longer needing the Digital Storm Thermal Management Control Board and using Corsair/MB software to run things. Only thing I would use the Digital Storm Thermal Management Control Board for is the thermal monitors and the LED lighting.

Thanks for all the help bprat

You can use the Corsair rad fans with the DS Control board and control them from there.   I personally wouldn't have the Control Board, but since you'll be using it anyways for their thermal probes and LED then might as well have it all in one.
