Can't find Intel or NVIDIA game codes

Towards August i ordered a Digital Storm Vanquish 5 PC. It was supposed to come with a free Intel game bundle that had game codes to Warhammer: Vermintide and Tom Clancy's: Rainbow Six Siege. It also was supposed to come with a free NVIDIA game bundle that had Gears of war 4 that is also a digital code. From other forums I saw, they say the digital game codes are supposed to come in the binder that u get with the PC. I got the binder but there are no digital game codes in there. I think i need an admin to talk to. Please help.
