Can't use command center on laptop

I have the javelin and just formatted my drive and installed windows. There are two buttons on my laptop above the keyboard. One allowed me to change fan speed, turn the camera on/off, touchpad on/off and the other turned on airplane mode, but now they don't work. I'm pretty sure I've installed all the drivers as I have installed them all 3 times, but I still can use the buttons. Is there some other place I could install the drivers or is there some other way I could get them working?

I would try unplugging the laptop, removing the battery for a minute or two then plug back in and try.

Also, go to Sager website and look for their drivers. Your a javelin is a Sager 7358, I think.

You tried the driver section on supplied CD?

What drivers should I download from the Sager website?

I installed hotkey and MEI from sager and it started working.

Yes, never forget about HotKey.  It wasn't installed on my Krypton when I received it, but it was on the driver disk that came with the laptop, so you can look for it there as well in your case.
