Not sure what it's gonna be used for, or what monitors, etc., but it is a great build. For that money I would add at least 180GB 520 series SSD as drive 1 for faster boot times and games, etc. Put the HDD as drive 2. No overclocking? That beast is made for overclocking . I would suggest the stage 2 oc under Cpu Boost. Don't know the applications, but the i7-3930k instead of 3960k Extreme, might be all you need and save you $500.
