Cannot Place an order

Hello Digitalstorm Forum Members,
I just tired to purchase a 17.3" Banshee for the purpose of CAD drawings and gaming. (with 2 x SLI GTX GeForce 980m Cards, 32GB DDR4, I-7 6700K 4.0 Skylake and two SSD drives: Samsung Pro 512GB and Samaung Evo 256GB)
Cost overall (including shipping) was almost $4,000. Awesome

Through the purchasing process I got stuck at the following Error page.

" An error has occurred, the webmaster has been notified of this error. To continue placing your order, please contact us at, 1-866-81-STORM"

I am trying to place an order from overseas. More precisely, from my job site (Nay Pyi Daw, Myanmar). However, I want it  to be delivered to Thailand office address where I intend to pick up the package. Can you please direct me how to proceed through this error? Is there something wrong with international shipping procedure? I just saved money to buy this awesome laptop so please don't give up on me!

You'll have to contact DS directly. If you are charging with a card with an address different from the one you want it shipped to, to prevent fraud for both you and them they might have you fill out special paperwork emailed to you to prove identity. Most fraud is charging and shipping to another address, and I wish everyone took this precaution.

OK, I understand the situation now. I use the Bank of America Card for the purchase so the transaction is performed in US Currency. I have no issue in proving that I am the owner of the bank account. It is just the issue that I now live overseas and among the computer services, I just like the Digitalstorm.

Just a thought... I don't do much with laptops, but the Desktop 980 is a much stronger card than the mobile 980m.    The sli 980m is stronger than single desktop 980, but no sli issues, etc. with stronger single card.   Of course you know your needs better than I but just throwing it out there.

Real nice setup.

No. I am not an expert. Just an enthusiast. That's all. I am all opened for recommendations. You know I still haven't purchased yet. That's why I am posting this thread.

Yes, the issue you're running into is the international settings. John and the gang over at shipping will get you sorted.

You may wish to remove personal telephone numbers from posts. I would as a moderator but it's a picture.

The team fixed the bug, it was due to the long information you had for the state. It should work now if you try again.

Hello Alex,
I have placed an order but how do I know when to wire the payment?
I am using an Bank of America account too and the payment is in US currency. 
Even though the shipment is oversea, the purchase will be done within US. So, will the tax issue be different?
