I am looking into getting a new computer.
How much quieter is the Corsair Carbide Quiet 600 case as compared to the Vanquish 7 case? Also will liquid cooling make the quieter? Thanks Debra |

The only way to answer this would be to have two identical builds, same parts, under the same stress level and measure with db meter. I personally haven’t seen such testing. The 600 q is quieter because of its closed design with no window, but isn’t going to be silent under heavy stress. Better but don’t know by how much.
Liquid vs air cooling also depends on which liquid cooler vs which air cooler and what fan speeds the liquid coolers radiator are set to. Some Corsair H series liquid coolers can get noisy under high rpm. Under low to medium fan speeds, the h series aren’t too bad. Also, some air coolers are quiet. |

Like bp said it is hard to answer that.
Keep in mind air or liquid they both use fans ans and fans under high pressure are loud. Also if you lc the cpu then the gou fan will be loud, so you have to put both under lc. |
