Hi grave17.   I would think the Marauder level 4, $1299, or Bolt level 2, $1249, with the gtx 660ti and 660   graphic cards, respectively,  would give you some great gaming on a 1920x1080 monitor with BF3.  I don't know GW2 so others might help with that.  Any lower a graphics card and you will see performance drop off alot. 
 
You might not max out BF3 with all maps but even a few tweeks to in game settings will still look and play nice.
