Compatibility issues for US/EU import

Hi there!
I'm a prospective buyer from Italy that got his eyes on the excellent Digital Storm Bolt 3 gaming desktop, but had a few questions about hardware/plugs/cables compatibility.

- first and foremost, I intend to use my 4k Samsung TV in lieu of a monitor, and I was wondering if I could connect via HDMI cable ( since, to my knowledge, HDMI cables are standardized wordwide ) an american desktop to an european TV.

- second, I wanted to know if, save for an adapter for the power plug, I'll be needing adapters for other cables ( for example, if I wanted to use a PS4/XBO controller instead of a keyboard ).

And that's just about it! Sorry if my questions are a little naive, but this is my first foray into PC gaming and I dont want to end up with a machine that I can't use :)
