Hi, I am planning on purchasing a DS computer primarily for gaming. I mostly play iRacing and FSX. I use a resolution of  3840x1024 using Triple Head 2Go.

I will be using two 8800GT videocards until the Fermi comes out next year. At that point, I will probably purchase a single card as this should be adequate for the games I play.

My budget is ~$2000-2300.

Here is my config:

A couple of questions:

1) Is there an advantage to the corsair TX power supply over the standard?

2) Is there any point to purchasing the corsair memory upgrade versus the Mushkin enhanced?

3) How much of a noise and temp difference is there between the noctua air cooling and the frostbite LC?

Thanks guys!

1. corsair is a much better/reliable psu, you want the corsair or pc and power cooling but most people don't need more then 1000w.

2. not really

3. LC always gives better temps and is more quiet, however as far as noise goes, 90% of your noise comes from fan's of the gpu, so if you LC the gpu, then there is a huge difference in noise.

your build looks great, if you ever see yourself going tri sli, then pic the 1000w corsair, looking at what you are doing, if I were you, to be on the safe side I would go with the 1000w corsair.
