CP Usage Spikes?

Strange for a about week without any issues now all of sudden i am experiencing  CP Usage Spikes on my anquish 5 level 2?

Sometimes they jump to 40% to 50% just by suffering the web.  Then they drop to the normal.

Has anyone experienced this?

I don't monitor my CPU usage, but any process, malware, update, etc could account for it.

Open Task Manager and see where the CPU usage is coming from.

Run Malwarebytes for virus, malware, etc.

Any scheduled tasks running ? Like disc management, updates.

WIndows has been doing regular updates lately.

If your gaming performance isn't being effected it could be Windows or an anti virus doing background tasks when idle.

Take a look at your cpu usage in task manager as bp said and see what is causing it.

It probably your av or something running in the background.

Tell us what it is and we will let you know what to do next.
