Hello Fellow Enthusiasts,
First, let me say that the customer review section of the forums would not let me post there. In fact, there is no record of my build or purchase at this website. The numbers on my order invoice are: Order Number 11427 and Configuration Number 189516. Neither was found when input at this website. Evidently they were lost during an upgrade, never entered, or deleted for some reason I bought the unit in 2010 with a very tight budget and in the years since have saved enough to upgrade the video card, ram, storage (1 TB SSD and 1 TB hard drive), and monitor. I waited a few years for the "wow" factor to subside. My HAF 932 performed flawlessly during the 3 year warranty period and for months thereafter. My only complaint during that time was the constant cleaning and dusting of the fan blades, cooling fins, etc. A filter system would have been a real work saver but in 2010/2011 they weren't that common. In 2014 the computer refused to start on the first try. I needed to start the computer then hold the switch down until it stops; and then start it again immediately. I worried about this at first but since my workaround was viable; I considered it a great security measure. About the same time the start problem appeared; the auto fan control on the video card went kaput and had very limited choices when gaming due to overheating. Then ! I now use the EVGA precision to manually adjust the fan. (different settings for each game} All in all I've been VERY satisfied with "My Jones" and now it's time for another cleaning and dusting before the upgrades. You are most welcome. Now if you could find why I'm not listed as a verified customer. Maybe you can get the 2 numbers I listed to work because I can't. And yes, I'm sure they are the correct numbers because I'm reading from the order invoice that I thankfully printed out on 1/20/2010. For Verified Customer your email address on the forum has to match EXACTLY the email address you ordered from. Caps, punctuation, spaces all have to match.
