DisplayPort to Drive Multiple Monitors

Checked out the various video-out connection types. Based on technicals it looks like DIsplayPort is the way to go for modern 27" flat screen panels. But most video cards have only a single DP-out port.

One solution is to to use a DP MST Hub. EVGA has this one below for about 80$;

Are there any other solutions that I'm not aware of?

From what I am aware of, this will be the most simple and easiest to setup.
