Hi Jayboy.... Welcome to the forums.
The build looks good to me. Not sure you need 32 GB ram unless you're into heavy editing but it doesn't hurt. For upgrading you have the setup to add another 980ti if needed. Looks good and keep us posted. Edit.... I would change the Vortex 240mm cooler for a Corsair H100i or 110i. the more system ram you have the more applications you can have running at the same time, and they'll run faster. you might just decide to do some gaming while you wait on your project to finish. need vs. want. price to performance.
with the newer games coming out these days they're all recommending 16GB now as the standard. anyone doing work on top of that, i always recommend the 32GB kit. Edited by db188 - 30 Oct 2015 at 2:54pm |

The 1000 watt is all you need for sli 980ti. Looks good.
