Ok, so i ordered emote Controlled LED Lighting System (Multiple color options and lighting effects) on my new PC it came with the remote and everything but when i press a button on the remote to change the color is does not do anything. The remote is working and everything because the remote clearly lights up when i press a button, but nothing happens to the PC. am i missing something? Do i need to install a program for this to work?

if it's an IR remote make sure you're pointing it at the sensor inside your rig.  even though you're seeing the power indicator light up you could still have a faulty remote or even a faulty sensor, faulty wiring, etc.  make sure all connections are secure.  try unplugging/plugging from power supply/control unit.  if all else fails contact DS support. 

are you stuck on one color or no lights at all?
