fatest RAMS for my motherboard?( Latency and MHZ )

   Hi all!

I'm going to buy RAMs for my ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII EXTREME LGA1151 and 
it has only four slots, I have never looked into latency before and a 
friend of mine told me it matters a lot but I realized the more Mhz the 
higher the Latency goes .. and iam confused because i read everywhere 
that the lower the latency the better soo -.-? can someone tell me 
should I go for higher mhz or I find the lowest latency? and I only have
 4 slots on the motherboard which is a downside but after researching it
 appears its the best LGA 1151 motherboard and it goes well with the 
6700K processor correct me if I'm wrong. I just need the best build.

so far options :

G skill ripjaw,

corsair dominator plantinum

I'm not sure why g skill is so cheap compared to corsair dominator plantinum

and there are so many G skill options not sure which one is the best..

I just need the best x4 Rams for my motherboard money is not an issue so don't consider it

as a factor please 

I will run the rams at its stock speed
