   1. Is the store open today? I need to call about an order error.

edit: it is but extremely busy and got told to leave a voicemail and open a request help ticket which I've done yesterday.

2. If not my issue is I was purchasing a build using affirm and after submitting the order I got an error and was told to call to make sure it went through? I just need to make sure it did because when I log into Affirm I see that the loan is on my account. I've also not received any order confirmation emails either. I placed this order on Saturday.
