   I lurk in a few other PC forums (fora?) out there, and in one forum a company rep said that FedEx claims that every package takes at least
10 drops of 30 inchs or more on every trip from Sender to Receiver.  He said he was told this by a FedEx claim rep who came to investigate a property damage claim.  I'm sure other couriers are no better (ever see some of the UPS videos on Youtube?) If true, kind of makes me want to drive across country when my machine is ready.
