Budget:
$2000 and under

Expectations:
I would like for it to be somewhat future proof and would like it to have SSD.

Usage:
I would be using it for gaming and blu ray movies.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

Hi Yabril110...  Welcome to the forums....I don't know much about laptops, so I copied a reply by Alex of DS to a similar question.

Look it over and maybe others, alot more knowledgeable of laptops, will help ya out.

I feel this would be a perfect configuration, it includes everything you would need (SSD) as well. It doesn't have a ton of storage space, for data such as pictures/movies/etc I would recommend plugging in an external storage device. The 120GB SSD is plenty for Windows, general applications, and a few games.
If you want a secondary hard drive for storage, or a 17" display, the x17 is also a great choice. Check out (http://www.digitalstormonline.com/laptoploadx17.asp?id=656151).

Thanks for the help Yabril110, I would agree, our laptops are fairly easy to purchase because they aren't as complex as our desktops. New customers simply need to pick which screen size, and customize from there.

Our pre-configured systems are very good, I recommend selecting a model and going from there.
