Budget:
Budget is around $2000 anywhere around that i will be fine with.

Expectations:
Expecting to play games like cs, h1z1, arma 3, etc with the graphics and fps i can get.

Usage:
Play games like i said uptop and also just every now and then surfing the web with minimal watching streams.

No special needs

I would say a Vanquish 5 level 3 for $1765.00 would fit your needs well.  But wait and see if someone else has a different idea.

Agreed, pick one of the Vanquish, the level 3 Best, with the gtx 1070 will be awesome on a 1080 p monitor.    If you want or have a 1440p or 4K then the gtx 1080 or 1080ti is my pick.

You could go with a custom build, like Apollo for example, but you'll pay a couple hundred dollars more for the same performance. But, my more options.

I have a 1080p monitor and would only play on 1080p or less for frames and idk if it helps but i play on a 144 hz monitor.
