GTX 680 SLI Flicker

I have two GTX 680's in SLI. When I watch a youtube video at full screen I get a flicker- quick white flashes. If I disable SLI there is no problem. Anybody heard of this issue before? I also just upgraded to a 120hrz monitor.
One other quick question--what is the best 3d Blu-ray player software?

I would try going into Nvidia Control Panel and I think under 3D settings adjust the Power management from Quality to Performance. Poke around in there for adjustments to emphasize performance.

If you're using a dvi cable, see if its a double link cable. I wouldn't think it matters for videos but ya never know.   If using hdmi then try the other cards hdmi port.
