I just updated my graphics card in my main computer. Now I have a GeForce GTX 780 card not being used.

Would the GeForce GTX 780 card work in an Asus P8P67 mobo with Intel P67 chipset?

You can move your gpu from pc to pc easy, your problem is not the mobo, its the psu, as long as you have a power that supports the gpu you can install and run that gpu.
