GTX Titan Z (12GB) v. GTX Titan X (12GB Pascale)

Hello all:

I'm trying to understand the difference between these two video cards and the impact each would have on an Aura all in one system:

GTX Titan Z (12GB includes PHYSX) v. GTX Titan X (12GB Pascale)

Also, how much difference would there be for either of these cards over a GTX 1080(8 GB NVIDIA Founder's Edition)?

Any help would be appreciated.

Titan z is from the 780 era, very old, titan x maxwell is last year's titan from the 980 era, titan x pascal is this year's monster and will eat the other 2 titans for snack.

a 1080 gtx is more powerful than the titan x maxwell but obviously less powerful than the titan x pascal.

the aura is a 1440p monitor and a 1080 would be more then what you need for that res for gaming.

keep in mind in aura you are locking in the monitor and pc together so if one has an issue they both do.

Also the GTX Titan Z is a dual card. It is basically 2 GTX Titan Blacks on one board.
