We now officially list the famous bottom baseplate mod that we do on our Hailstorm II systems. It is on the configurator under the "Chassis Mods:" section for $99.

fstcvc might suggest led backlight the backplate to show off the lettering with off on switch. Blue led would look good to go along with the rest of your build.

My machine is actually using red while Subxero's is blue (That's his system in the pic above). I think the white lettering would look good with the color LED's making it look like it's different colors. Having it LED back lit by using transparent plexi would look awesome, though... But I just need to get mine finished so I actually play with it!!! Need. To. Stop. Making. Changes.

lol That's the same one they made for me as well looks awesome as hell.I can't wait until you two FINALLY get your systems so I can get a good look at them. Really am thinking of getting that Hydrolux control panel and wiring everything up as I already have everything that's involved on it.

yess sir!!!! red wiring, red tubing, uv lights, and led rgb lighting!!!! someday I might change out the reservoir for a different one and add a acrylic cpu waterblock with red led     maybe a red ds sli bridge (if they make them) when I go sli

I agree!!! I wonder how many more changes they will make lol this might take a while

I too am thinking of ordering the hydrolux system separately or just get the aquaero systems

suddenly taking a mortgage on a pc doesn't seem like a bad idea

My last b/o part should arrive early next week and hopefully they can wrap it up and either get shipped next week or at most the following week. I know they've also gotta install the HydroLux system, but hopefully that'll be done before the last piece of the puzzle arrives! Hey subzero, any word on when yours will be shipped?

I had to make a last change for white cables to blue. I think you will agree that it looks spectacular!

Alex and the team at Digital Storm really stepped up to the plate. I would make changes every week or so. As soon as I saw a new GPU cover from XSPC or reservior I would call and mod the order. Perhaps it was fate, as I got the Hydolux too. And the base plate, and quick releases and.... Well you get the idea. My wife finally stopped me before I could add any more. (Actually it was out of stock). I will tinker a bit when it finally gets home. Light bars for the memory and threading the cables are first on my list of things to do.

I'm so jealous......
my plans are the some, change the res, add lighting, get baseplate. later on acrylic cpu block and another 780 and lc on the gpus

the only reason my build wasn't like subxero and fstcvc with the calling and changing is because I literally didn't have the money to spend

bet alex and the ds team were happy I wasn't one of those

The bottom baseplate mod works for any system where the Haistorm 2, Corsair 900D, case is selected under Chassis Model.     Its specific to that case only.
