I just got my new Velox, but the HDMI port isn't working. Is there a way to fix that?

Just to make sure you are plugging it in the graphics card ports and not the motherboard ones right?

Oh, I just plugged the other type of cable into the graphics port and it worked! (sorry I am clearly uneducated in this). Do I need to buy a converter to use the HDMI?

You should be fine to use the HDMI cable, unless you're using a lower end cable that isn't fully HDMI 2.0 spec and your display is?

Ideally DisplayPort is going to give you the best connection.

I just didnt see anywhere to plug in the HDMI cable.
