How easy to Add lighting effects?

Just pulled the trigger on a Apollo new system :) config: 1611638

Budget dollars ran out before I could add any eye candy.

How easy is it to add lighting effects in the future? I know Fans are fairly straight forward, but if I wanted to add internal lighting?

It's very easy to add the internal lighting.  Running the wires is probably the hardest part.  Hahaha
Here's an example....

This kit has the light blue inverter that plugs into one of the Molex 4 pin peripheral cables from the power supply.  The strips stick where you want and a separate on/off switch can be installed on the rear I/O panel below the graphics card.  

This one isn't remote control with color select.    Here's an example of remote control  .....
