Lite is an aio kit and pro is the real deal, the difference is gonna be in parts and mainly in perfomrance, real lc performance comes from a true open loop, which is the pro.

well, the lite is actually a hybrid since you can technically expand on it to include both cpu and gpu cooling. however, as DST said, a true custom open loop usually incorporates multiple/larger rads to provide better cooling performance and lower fan acoustics to several components.
