Hi solomruby2018...   Your budget pretty much restricts to the Vanquish level 2.   I wouldn’t suggest the level 1.   For a 1920x1080 monitor and those games, it will perform very good. If you wanted to play more graphically demanding games the level 3 is a big step up but goes over budget.

Welcome.

The Vanquish 2 is a pretty capable machine. It'll get you where you want to be no doubt. That's a solid CPU with 6 cores and 12 threads, and a very capable GPU. At some time down the road if you need it, you could upgrade your video and still have a great performer in the future.
