I have Assassin's Creed 3 for PC... I can not seem to solve a screen tearing issue .. My system is way over the recommended requirements...   My display refresh rate is only 60 Hz.. I guess ill just have to get used to it...

Have you tried to call DS? I dont know anything about that stuff so i cant help you much..
