Here is something I found interesting following this weeks slate of NFL games.
Number of Teams in the AFC with winning records 6 Number of Teams in the AFC with losing records 10 Number of Teams in the NFC with winning records 5 Number of Teams in the NFC with losing records 10 Number of Teams in the NFC with a Tied record 1 This means that out of a total of 32 NFL Teams only 11 have winning records |

I'm avoiding football after the debacle that was the 49'ers off-season. We finally had a coach that the players and fans could get behind, one who was honest about his chances and straight up with everyone... so, what does management do? Push him right out the door.
So sad... so very very sad.

I think Harbaugh kind of has a shelf life as a coach as he's abrasive and doesn't give a rat's butt about what his players think. However, that dynamic with their GM and he definitely became toxic it sounds. I would have sided with the coach on that but I don't own the team. Him leaving definitely affected Kapernick however and that team is a mess right now...

Try being a Redskins fan. I never know which team is going to show up on game day. Is it going to be the team that played the Patriots or is it going to be the team that beat the Saints? And don't get me started on the RG3 debacle...

I'd like to make the switch to cheer for the Raiders, being only a few minutes away... except one thing...
My two favorite teams are the 9'ers and whoever is playing the Raiders that day.

It's been a rough year for the Saints, but they are a tough team. I'm not a Saints fan per se, but I do share the same undergraduate institution with Drew Brees and got to meet him once because of that, so I root for them from time to time.  |
