core i7 systems are much beter performance wise

if you are set with AMD then yes thats the best you will get (might wanna beef up the GPU)

also with intensive gaming you might want to upgrade the Heatsink

I really feel like you'll want a better video card. Especially with that brand new 24inch monitor.
