Looking to get a new system(thinking Bolt 3)

Way overdue for an upgrade, still rolling on my ODE from 6 years ago(with some minor updates over that time of course) and looking at the Bolt 3's. Thinking of going a little more over the top than in the past and looking around the $2500-$3k mark.

wondering if any suggestions on changes to make, also plan on picking up a 4k monitor in the near future as well, I'm guess it's best to buy that elsewhere as the Asus 4K Ultra HD 28 inch PB287Q Series they have listed as an add-on here at +$569 is $399 at amazon.
