Hi VinnyMatt....For that budget you could built a new Apollo build for example, or just upgrade a couple of parts for a lot cheaper.
I'm assuming a 1920x1080 monitor ? Replace your 660ti with a new gtx 1070 and you'll see a huge bump in gaming, and all the graphics power you need. Another worthwhile add on, is an SSD, like the Samsung 850EVO 500GB and install your OS to it and your latest games. Huge bump in booting , game loading and a smoother in game scene updating. Installing it is just using their install software. If you want the latest Skylake 6700k cpu it will perform better but not that big a jump. Your system is still strong. But, new and the latest is always nice, so up to you and the wallet. Hope this helps. |

imho, the 1070 and perhaps 8Gb ram.... then save the rest of your budget to look at a powerhouse machine a bit down the road in a couple of years.
