First that one sue (or was it a lawsuit... same thing right?)  about Nvidia and ATI something about sharing price ranging or something together.  And now Nvidia is being sued for faulty GPUs.

NVIDIA is being sued also by Rambus as well. It's going crazy!

That Rambus thing is kinda odd. Seems what they really want is for nVidia to do some licensing agreement thing for percentage or sumtin. nVidia keeps wanting to be isolationist, but slowly giving in.

What? Rambus is still around? I thought they went the way of the dodo long time ago.

Actually, I'd like to know how it affects (or has affected) DS customers who put Nvidia's products into their builds.

Ouch. I did hear nvidia was selling faulty gpus even when they knew about them. Sounds like its biting them in the butt :P
