Memory Issue

   I've recently noticed that my Carbine laptop is using up more and more memory (I have 8GB total of RAM). It is only a few months old and recently it's been causing freeze lag on some of my games. It mainly happens while playing Minecraft. I can play for a while, but then out of nowhere my FPS will crash, leaving me with massive freeze lag until I restart my Minecraft client. When I check my memory usage at this point, my Free memory is at 0. I'm not too familiar with Memory issues as this is the first time I've ever had it. I'm not sure if it is a memory leak, or if it is something else. Has anyone else had an issue like this? If so, have you found a way to fix this? I used to be able to delete Minecraft from my computer and redownload it to fix the issue, however this no longer works.
