I'm wondering, when and if I buy a DS system and I get it with 3g of memory and have it overclocked and at a future point ad another 3gig of memory, could that possibly effect the stability of the overclock?

Most likely you will have to call DS and ask them redo your OC

Thats what I was worried about. I guess it would be better to spend the extra $ now than buy the 2nd 3gig later for cheaper.

This is correct, we can very easily do it over the phone for you later on down the line. Why don't you give me a call, and let me get you all setup over the phone and get the ball rolling on this for you.
