hey guys one last question i am getting an IPS panel and i am stuck between the U2410 and the U2412M from reviews that i have read the U2412M has lower input lag compared to the 2410, "which is a strong determinant of gaming performance"
i will mostly be playing bf3, skyrim, Mass3 im not really into the fast paced shooters like CS.

I have three of the U2412M's (3600 X 1920) and there is no noticable lag.  They are being driven by tri-SLI GTX 570 2.5GB evga cards.

Both of those monitors will perform with no lag on any game, so get whichever one fits you best price wise. If you're just gaming and don't need the extra features and better screen of the U2410 I'd go with the U2412M personally.
