    Posted: 27 Jan 2013 at 6:12am
I tried to locate old posts that i had but was unable to find them. With the issues that I was having with my system crashing, gpu issues and PSU, now I want to test my system...

Im trying to understnd afterburner and kombuster... When I run Kombuster, only one card is being tested. I have the Nvidia setting set for SLI and it Kombuster sees both cards but only one is being tested. is there a setting that im missing? Also which test do i use? and to what settings (my monitors are at 1920x1200)

Also with Afterburner the blow image is stock settings, but with my fan profile. I do have the "Synchronize Settings for Similar Graphics Processors' checked and i see both cards on the graph monitor.

any advice or directions would be great appriciated..

About half way through the benchmark test, the screen went black and then this window message popped up and had to do a hard restart..

Furmark stresses the crap out of the cards.  You can fail in Furmark and run games all day with no issues.

I've never saw the benefit of oc'ing a video card, but your call of course.

A real world test is Unigine Heaven.  Watch HWMonitor while it runs.   See how it goes with that.

The temps Furmark displayed are great, so it might be a stability issue.

Here's an Overclock.net forum link where others psted their sli 470 results with different settings in Heaven.

Your results look very good in comparison, and if no crashes then Strong.
