Title says it all:
I need a free program that opens .pic files.

I'm trying to generate a hi-def texture pack for one of teh best games of all time: Battlezone II.

Edit: Scratch that, I found one. However, I do need help on making a texture hi-res. xD

See, BZII's textures are only 128x128, and I want to make them at least 512x512. Can anyone tell me how i would go about making a hi-res version?

Edit again: Well actually I can't convert png to pic.... any help?

	woulndt you have to make it all over again, in a higher res format? im sure if you changed the resolution on that file there would be lots of quality loss

	I do that for a base image, and then go over it. It works, it just takes a while.
