Hey you guys probably get this question all the time but I've been looking to buy a new computer for purely gaming purposes and so far I've learned that getting a custom built computer is probably my best choice for performance and price (although if you think a pre built computer is just as good I wouldn't mind looking into those). The problem is I don't know anything about building a computer and was looking for some good choices and advice in a budget of 1000-2500. Hopefully a computer that could flawlessly run Conan online on the highest settings during a massive pvp fight, or simply the most demanding game around. I could up the budget if I had too

what resolution will you be playing at?

this game needs its own HDD

Probably the same that I have on my computer screen right now. But I dont know what that is or how to check that

right click desktop>properties>settings> here what is the resolution set at?

from what I understand this game does not use sli correct?

Wait resolution...is that how big the screen is? (Yes I really dont know anything about computers). Its set at 1024 by 768 pixels. Also for the game I'm guessing your asking what kind of game would I be playing? I'm looking at Age of Conan online and Diablo 3. Any computer I would buy would have to be able to stay fluid during those big pvp battles that happen on Age of Conan on a high or highest setting
