Okay, so as the title states I need help finding a headset. Haven't been on a pc in about 4 years and don't even know where to start. I'm not looking to spend a lot of money and definitely don't need the best of the best. Looking to spend $75-100 max. I will be mainly playing fps's. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I really like the new steel series arctis line.  Bought the 5 atm but might get the wireless 7 when it comes out in a few weeks.Doesn't overtly look super "gamer like" which I like.. retractable mic and all that.

If your max is $75-$100 then the Hyperx Cloud (Pro, original, or even the II) will be an absolute perfect match for you.

They are amazing wired headsets (though I believe they have a wireless variant too, but I could be wrong there). Extremely comfy, digital 7.1 surround, flexible mic. Unless you're will to go up to about $120-$130, this is probably the best look, feeling, and sounding gaming headset in that price range.

agreed, unless you want to go up to $130 for Sennheiser PC 350SE, which have better freq. range (better low end).  lower bass and higher treble.

Hi there! There are many good headphones are available in the market with new features in it and also in good price range. Recently my cousin has bought cheap earbud headphones from http://www.soundmagic.us/ in the price range of $75- $100. You can also search many online store for cheap headphones.
