Hello , I am a very busy guy . Don't have the time to build a PC nor do I know how to . I am strongly considering getting one from digitalstorm can someone build me one that'll b able to do 4K gaming here on digital storm ? 'Y budget would b 2,500-2,700

Hi Jaybeltran805...I'm not at my PC, so doing a config is out for now, but my suggestion is to start with the Apollo level 2 with the 6700k and Z170, put in a 1000 watt psu, sli gtx 1080, and swap the default Digital Storm SDD for the Samsung EVO.     

For higher graphics with 4K, you need sli 1080.   You could wait until early next year and see if a single 1080 TI will do it.   Titan X Pascal will almost do it, but that card is expensive due to its higher than needed vram.
