So I decided to bite the bullet... I ordered a pc from ************** a bit ago due to how cheap they were and hard nothing but problems and horrible customer service to the point I got a refund. I should have stuck with Digital Storm as they built my last 2 PC's. Well I went with the below:
Chassis Model: Digital Storm Lumos Processor: Intel Core i7-8700K (6-Core) 3.70GHz Motherboard: ASUS PRIME Z370-P (Intel Z370 Chipset) (Up to 2x PCI-E Devices) (No SLI Support) System Memory: 16GB DDR4 3000MHz Digital Storm Performance Series Power Supply: 750W Corsair RM750x (Fully Modular) Storage Set 1: 1x SSD M.2 (250GB Samsung 960 EVO) (NVM Express) Storage Set 2: 1x Storage (2TB Seagate / Toshiba) Storage Set 3: 1x SSD (500GB Samsung 860 EVO) Graphics Card(s): 1x - No Thanks Sound Card: Integrated Motherboard Audio Extreme Cooling: H20: Stage 2: Corsair H110i GT - 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler (Fully Sealed + No Maintenance) Cable Management: Premium Cable Management (Strategically Routed & Organized for Airflow) Chassis Fans: Thermaltake Riing (RGB Fans) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Professional (64-Bit Edition) I skipped the GPU as I already own a 1080... now I guess the question is when I receive the PC, should I just pop in the 1080 and then boot up or boot up first, login to windows, etc. and then shut down/install the 1080. I almost went with 32gb of ram, but stuck with 16 to save a little money, can always upgrade in the future. ...competitor name removed... Edited by Snaike - 03 Apr 2018 at 12:39pm |

Congrats and looks good to me.
I would boot first with monitor to igpu port on the mobo and make sure all is well before adding the video card. That way if you have an issue after adding the card you'll have a better chance of narrowing the problem down. |

Good call :) I knew someone would answer fast here! Granted I have at minimum 5 days till I have the PC... I am impatient and paid for the 4 day rush lol |

Congrats, you made the right choice again! Adding the gpu is very easy. Do as bprat22 suggested just in case there is something wrong with the system (highly unlikely). Good luck.
BTW, pics are welcome |
