No Clue What CPU I need/Motherboard too

Wanting to stream live games over the net via justin.tv and I have been told the game I play is extremely dependent on the CPU. The 6 core is way out of my price range at the moment, any suggestions on a 4 core? I notice a couple different options but am not sure what one will be best for my needs.

I'm 80% RTS sc2 game

10% web
10% homework. word processing.


Please help.
